Joshua Arroyo, 31, of West 19th Street, was arrested on Nov. 9 and charged with gun offenses related to a .223 assault rifle, a modified AK-47, a high capacity magazine and drug offenses related to marijuana, heroin, cocaine, prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia. Read more…
