H.S. student who says coach pointed gun at him files notice of tort claim

A Bayonne High School student has filed a notice of tort claim with the city, school district and state after the varsity ice hockey coach allegedly pointed a gun at him inside Korpi Ice Rink. The claim, filed by Jersey City attorney Joel Silberman, seeks compensation for emotional injuries as a result of the incident.
