Attorney General’s Office Investigating Fatal Police-Involved Shooting in Morris Township, N.J.

Morris Township, N.J. – The Attorney General’s Office is conducting an investigation of a fatal officer-involved shooting that occurred at approximately 4:19 p.m. this afternoon on Fairchild Avenue in Morris Township, N.J., when police responded to a 911 call reporting a domestic disturbance. One male civilian sustained fatal injuries.

The investigation is being conducted by the Integrity Bureau within the Attorney General’s Office of Public Integrity and Accountability.
