A 33-year-old man was arrested Monday and charged in the shooting death of a Warren County resident in Paterson, authorities said.
Jaquawn Housey was charged with murder and weapons-related offenses in the slaying of 39-year-old Rodney Phelps, according to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes.
