4 men ran ghost gun trafficking network in N.J. cities, authorities allege

Four men from New Jersey have been charged with running a ghost gun trafficking network, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger said.

Authorities started investigating a gun sale network operated in Paterson and Bayonne in December 2022, officials said. Investigators conducted at least nine controlled purchases through the network, resulting in the recovery of 11 ghost guns, or personally made firearms, as well as a Kel-Tec SUB-2000 Rifle, authorities said.
